I have multiple credit cards. I ordered different products for my different friend. That's how my annual credit card spend is way greater than my yearly salary.Is there any chance to get notice from income tax department.If so what is my best option to do right now.

yes possible but unlikely.. in any case.. avoid spending significantly more than salary and even if u do.. keep accounts.. as long as you haven't done anything illegal or evaded tax.. there is nothing to worry..
