Credit Card Utilisation date

Hi everyone
I recently have the SBM Credilio Credit Card of billing cycle of 15 of the month.
I want to know how to calculate the credit utilisation ratio, is it depends on the billing cycle (i.e, 15th to 15th) or monthly (i.e, 1st to 30th).
I'm new and this is my first Credit card.

It depends on the final bill amount in comparison to your approved limit.
