It's good of you have been offered as this card is quite generous in offers.
But in my knowledge I believe this will be chargeable if you don't hold any account with HDFC Bank.
If you have an account then basis on account you can ask to make it LTF .
So as per your usage if you find this useful you can definitely go for that rest you can choose other categorical LTF cards.
