Credit report date ?

For last five months,I “I have been paying my 79% of total outstanding debt and keeping it below 30 of total due amount before bill generation, on today’s belifaayati shorts video she said IDFC bank shares data on 30 or 31 of month, my bill generated date is 17th and due date is on 4th of every month , is my credit utilization report sent to bureau stating that I’m using total credit limit or not ? And should continue doing same or keeping total due amount below 30 % on 30or 31st of every month ?

Jitna b credit limit use hoga 30/31st ko, wahin reflect hoga Credit Bureaus mai.

Matlab bill generation se pehle below 30% and aur 30th of month se pehle below 30 % two times a month below rakhna hai Kya ? I mean before bill generation and before credit report ?
