Credit score not showing/improving ?

Hello everyone, I started using a Credit Card since September, its been three months, but I cant see my Credit score, its showing zero, i used to pay my bill on first day of my bill, is something wrong, should i call customer care ? Any help would be appreciated

Where have you checked it? From my perspective, it must have appeared till now. Also, do you file an ITR?

actually i use a paisabazar secured credit card, in there app they also credit score, but till now its showing no credit score, no i dont file itr
