Credit score not updated

Why did my Equifax Credit Score didn't update on Paisabazaar for the month of June?
It generally updates on 12th of every month, last updated on 12th May.
Additionally, I am unable to access my account directly on Equifax's website.

Is there any other website that allows fetching all 4 credit scores (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF)?

I tried that already and it says that it ran into some problem always.

Bankbazaar also gives the same report at free of cost.
