Delay in Payment Credit - Turn Around Time - RBI Ombudsman Complaint and Got Compensation

I am using slice prepaid card. I transfered 66 ruppes balance account to my bank via NEFT , it took 25 days to get credited. So i first reach out to slice as usuual they denied the n i complaint to RBI and got 100 rupess per day as compensation also the interest.
