Hey I'm planning to invest in Nifty 50 ETF and Gold ETF.......but I have some confusion that when we purchase the stocks it reflects in the CDSL directory but when we purchase ETF where it will reflect in CDSL directory or any other place.......CDSL directory is govt backed directory to trust if any broker goes into bankruptcy we know our holding are safe in CDSL but what's the case in ETF units......how much liquidity have in ETF.......because almost everyone is invest for long term buyer are more and seller are less....then in this case FUND house split the units or issue more units
