Fake credit utilization

I have a total , that is max monthly credit limit of 20000 , but here in the myloan section of onescore app it's showing something weird my limit is different here , why? And this is both with cibil and experian

Some error or irregularities from the credit bureau ,if not you go to the official website of idfc first bank to clear the issue , on the other hand the same issue can be resolved if the credit bureauos are at fault

I tried to go for the dispute form in the Cibil website but when i click on raise a dispute button it is showming me this, basically can't see the form

yeah but to download it i have to pay for paid plan of Cibil right ? Cibil only allows to get report for only once a year for free !! So, is it mandatory to pay for cibil to get latest report ??
Because there is no option get latest report from cibil it is showing that your next free cibil report will be available next year Jan month, I can check my report from platforms like OneScore and I already shared the ss of that app report but it is wrong from Cibil and to get from Cibil i have to buy plans then ?

Yes. U need to either get a plan or buy one time latest report, then you can file the dispute form.
