False loan shows in CIBIL

Hello all
Actually recently I checked my CIBIL and it shows me to a loan which I never took
But as per report
I applied for a gold loan in capri global
I raised a dispute in CIBIL website but they also said loan is mine and they don't remove
I also complain this issue in RBI but my CIBIL report not corrected
What should I do please let me know
I never took a any loan

Visit to capri global branch and ask for loan documents against which loan is sanctioned. And keep copy of sanction ticket.If it is not taken by you and your I'd is used.. than 1st give application to NBFC to close loan. Don't forget to take reciving of your application. If your query is not resolved within 30 days than complain online on it's website and also complaint in banking ombudsman with your query.

I am communicating with Branch Relationship Manager he give me a time for resolve
If they are not close then I will go to the branch
