Fastag wrong transaction

Mere Airtel fastag account se toll kat gya hai but gaddi ghr PE khdi thi...Maine airtel customer care pe contact bhi Kiya..but ohno ne bhi koi response nhi Diya and transaction genuine batayi...kya Kiya Jaye...Maine NHAI ke toll free no. 1033 pe bhi contact Kiya..ohna ne bola airtel care par baat kro..help me

NHAI is waste of time I complained 3 times no response.
These fasttags are not properly regulated, complain to Airtel again you should get refund. I got refund 3 times and 4th time when the fraud transaction happened, I didn't call airtel to complain, I directly asked them to cancel the fasttag.
