I tried to apply for fed celesta credit card but i added the address where this card is not deliverable, now i want to change the address where my family member is present , but when i enter same mb. no. it says it will not deliver in this address, now when we can apply again for this card ?

It looks like there might be limitations on getting the card to your family member's new address linked to their home. To check if they can help you update the address, you could try explaining the matter to the customer care representative of the credit card provider.
