while i was applying for fedral credit card , it got rejected becz of service not available in my city, so now i want to add another address but it not giving me that option

Wait for 6 months to try applying again.
Federal bank is too strict, they have too many odd policies like if you have more than 2 hard enquires in last 3 months your application will be rejected.
