I ported my health insurance from NivaBupa toAdityaBirla via Policybazaar.com, expecting 2,40,000 NCB for 4 claim-free years(2+2 years policy taken). However,only 1,80,000 (3 years) was transferred due to in recent Renewal notice from Niva Bupa mentioned only 1,80,000 for 3years. last year (4th year) NCB details are not updated. in this reason Aditya biral insusrance company added only 3years NCB instead off 4 years NCB. Policy Bazar is not supporting to add 4th year NCB. they said I have ported the policy before the risk end date. my old policy expiry date is 04.02.25 and I have ported 03.02.25 to Aditya Birla. Please suggest me can I get 4th year NCB or not. And what are the possible ways to get NCB. kindly suggest.
