Fuel spends on SBI Vistara fetch rewards?

Hi friends,

May I know if fuel spends are eligible for regular rewards and waiver of convenience fee on SBI Club Vistara Prime?

Do I get all the following benefits?
1. Waiver of fuel surcharge
2. Regular reward points
3. Counting for milestone benefit
