Hello,

I need the contact details of the MD/CEO or a high authority at HDFC. How can I find this information? If anyone has it, please share it with me. Also, if my issue is not resolved, where can I raise a complaint against HDFC Credit Card?
My main consern about Hdfc credit card NDC.

I think you can easily get contact details of nodal officer, regional head or credit manager. They might help you with this. MD/CEO won't be able discuss on an issue with you

Where are you from like which city? Also, do you have HDFC bank account? Have you tried visiting HDFC branch?

I am from delhi yes i have saving account in hdfc bank. And contact in home branch they are saying i dont know about credit card.

Have you tried calling their customer care? These are numbers 1800 1600 / 1800 2600 where you can complaint about HDFC credit card

Customer support employe are uneducated they have no knowledge. Thats why i need high authority contact details

You can also register your complain on RBI online portal. Cause it is related to credit card they will also take necessary follow up and actions.
