have an HDFC Tata Neu Credit Card. Can I apply for a Swiggy Credit Card, and will I be eligible to get it? Does HDFC have a policy that prevents them from issuing another credit card to the same person?

I have a Neu but Millennia CC also, which is a core card, and got Swiggy a month back, so its a worth giving a try

There's no such restriction. You can apply for Swiggy card, just make sure there is gap of 6 months between applications as there is cooling period for HDFC. Getting core card after getting a cobranded card is difficult in HDFC
