HDFC Credit Card

I have a HDFC salary account so I applied for HDFC credit card so many times in last 5 months but every time they rejected my application but tomorrow I got a email that you are eligible for pre approved credit Card from HDFC so I checked that out and now I have to choose from HDFC freedom 500+GST , Swiggy 500+GST and pixel LFT
Guys any suggestions
