Hi everyone in the month starting I have paid CC bill through SBI UNIPAY and Jio Finance using my Platinum Debit card and got CB now on 25 August my friend paid CC bill through same but did not receive any Cashback please confirm is jio finance and sbi Stoped also ??

You have to wait atleast 7 working days in case of HDFC to credit points. Sometimes it's early, sometimes it's late.

Ideally, wait for total 14 days from the date of transaction to come to any conclusions.

Log into mobile or internet banking. Go to debit cards section. There you should see a row for reward points.

Open HDFC app
Tap on Menu
Click on pay
Under pay menu, you will find cards
Then click cards, you will find your debit cards
Click on the debit card and check remarks

I have paid my credit card bill on 18 August through SBI uni pay with HDFC platinum card. Further, After 13 days i.e. on 02 September I was received rewards points from HDFC bank.

Can someone confirm that Credit Card bill payments through SBI Unipay using HDFC Platinum Debit card still earns 1% cashback/rewards points?
I have been reading many threads stating HDFC stopped if directly paid on their app/website. But it is unclear if it is stopped for payments made through SBI UniPay and Jio Finance also.

I have 38k bill payment due.

Hence posting the question here.
