HDFC Pre-approved CC Questions/Advice

I got the notif thru HDFC App and got these offers, been waiting for a year for the offer T-T

• Freedom CC LTF
• IOCL CC LTF (Preferred choice; 0.7% BRR; Rupay)

I've read and experienced that once opted it is tough upgrading HDFC Credit cards...

Back-story Family Member: Family member has Regalia LTF, got Swiggy LTF offer on the app; applied on same number(Regalia; hoping existing CC should improve chances) and it got rejected; didnt understand why... Wasn't even a core card
After which, never got any great upgrade offers.

So here come the Qs, answer which ever ones u could answer best please:

1. Can u hold more than 1 HDFC CC card even? (Is there some Core/Non-Core cards Logic?)
2. After taking one of the above CC offers would I get upgrade offers later on?
3. If I wait it out, is there a chance of getting the pre-approved offer over even again in the future or better cards atleast...?
4. Anyone else have experience with HDFC Swiggy?

1. Yes you can - I have 3 HDFC cards (Regalia gold, Swiggy and Tata Neu Infinity)
2. Yes, but usually after 6 months and depends on your CC utilisation
3. No idea
4. Mine got approved instantly (spoke to the RM)
