Effective December 1st, 2023, HDFC Bank introduced some major changes to its Regalia Credit Card lounge access program, promising a more rewarding experience for its cardholders.
HDFC Regalia Credit Card Lounge Access Within India
The new program is now linked to your credit card spending, offering enhanced flexibility and benefits. Here's an overview of lounge access within India:- Spend-based Access: By spending Rs. 1 Lakh or more in a calendar quarter (Jan-Mar | Apr-June | Jul-Sept | Oct-Dec), you unlock your lounge access benefits.
- Quarterly Milestone Benefit: Upon meeting the spending criteria, visit the Regalia SmartBuy page, navigate to Lounge Benefits, and claim up to 2 complimentary lounge access vouchers as part of your quarterly milestone benefit.
- Eligible Lounges: The vouchers can be used at specified lounges for a seamless and enhanced travel experience.

How to Redeem Vouchers?
- Visit the SmartBuy Regalia portal and log in.
- Navigate to the Regalia Benefits tab and click on Airport Benefit.
- Track your spending in the current quarter under the milestone tab.
- Once the milestone is achieved, generate your voucher.
How to Use Lounge Access Vouchers?
- Spend Rs. 1 Lakh or more in a calendar quarter.
- Visit the Regalia SmartBuy page to generate your lounge access vouchers.
- Receive the voucher via SMS/Email.
- Open the E-voucher in PDF format, containing a QR code to be scanned at the lounge terminal.
HDFC Regalia Credit Card Lounge Access Outside India
- Lounge access outside India using Priority Pass is now independent of spends. Apply for a Priority Pass for yourself and add-on members after completing a minimum of 4 retail transactions on your HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card. Enjoy up to 6 Complimentary Lounge Access visits per calendar year, outside India, with your Priority Pass.
- If you exceed the 6 complimentary visits, a charge of US $27 + GST per visit will be applicable.
Important Points to Note
- When using Priority Pass in India and bringing guests, charges will appear on your Credit Card.
- Going over the complimentary visit limit will result in a charge of US $27 plus GST per visit.
- Lounge access charges will be billed on your statement after the visit.
- Currency conversion rates will apply, determined by the exchange rate on the day of billing.
