Hdfc Swiggy got rejected because I am having tata neu already.

Can anyone help me out. I am having hdfc tata neu plus and I applied for Swiggy hdfc because of the ltf offer. Everything was going good. I completed my kyc successfully. But after 3-4 days I got application rejection msg. I called customer support they mentioned that there is some phone number miss match issue with address, which initially made sense to me as my tata card is on another number and the current address was different when I applied for it. The support told me that the application is not fully rejected, I still have chance and have to visit nearby branch. I went to nearby branch and they were saying a complete different story of this being rejected because I already hold tata new plus hdfc card and the rejected was due to duplicate card request something like this. I asked to any way out but the bank credit card desk told there is no way out. Can any one please tell me is there any way of getting this card?

Email their card section or higher level officers and if they reply that you can re-open the application then go with the mail to the branch. If then also ask you have thing then complaint about it
