I had purchased a course now I want to refund of fee so I checked terms and condition of institution so there is mentioned the fee is not refundable so what should I do now?

In this scenario there is not much you can do.
If you have bought the course by clicking on the check box of terms and conditions then it is you giving approval for their terms which as you mentioned states that the course is non refundable.
You could try to email the customer care and explain to them why you think you don't need the course and deserve the refund. Not sure if they would entertain but no harm in trying.
To get a effective e-mail try using Chatgpt for this scenario, maybe it would help.
