Not possible by regular genuine means.. some shortcuts may exist but chgs will overshadow rewards.. so stay safe.

Yes it's possible with certain charges.

Open BharatPe account
And if you have Rupay Credit card then you can pay to BharatPe account via UPI Rupay Credit card. But there is charges They are changing time to time.

I have tried but for 100 Rs they deducted 2.4 Rs.
