I am going to take HOME Loan from Bajaj Finance . They are only charging 0.2% processing fee and 0.5% MODT

Zero Login, Legal, Valuation, pre payment and part payment, foreclosure, switching charge (All these are zero)

I have all these is written communication WhatsApp message and they mentioned "Nill Hidden Charges"

Ques 1) Are there any other charges while taking home loan ?
Ques 2) Can they add any new charge after loan is taken or change any change cost like foreclosure ,pre payment and part payment ?
Ques 3) For balance transfer what all charges i need to pay for both Bajaj Finance & bank ?
