I don't use any credit card , as if I fail to pay even 1 installment by 1 day the PENALTY is huge and also I like to use the money that I have and also it increases the expense amount

Yes. I'm able to get more value out of these cards though. I have 30k plus utility bill expenses and a decent amount of online expenses.
I wish I could get the HDFC Millenia CC LTF.

HDFC is trying to make all its LTF cc to Paid now by giving them upgrades.

I do have a savings account with them.
So, I will try to negotiate with the HDFC team. Let's see whether I get it or not.

call them and ask to close your card as you are not finding it worth giving annual fees....they will retain you as their customer by making it lifetime free..

It doesn't happen that way...we all are using credit cards to earn rewards and cashbacks...we have to use it by following discipline...you cannot just buy stuffs because you have a credit card...bill to aapko hi pay karna hai....so spend that much what you can repay easily according to your purchasing power...
For eg... 20,000 ki salary me 2,00,000 kharach kar rhe ho to problem to hogi hi...whether you have credit card or not...
