No not at all but if you do alot of enquiries in a month that will reduce your cibil score. After applying for 1 card atleast wait for 3 months to apply for next

Yes you should wait for 3 month's, pre approved card given to you by bank on basis of your cibil score. So when you apply for per approved card, it makes an enquiry after which you get a credit limit

Not necessary there will be Credit Check. As pre approved offers are based on soft enquiries already done by banks. If it is pre eligible or some other terminology, there may be Credit check.

That's what i said brother, they will do the cibil check for your credit limit but not for card eligibility
