How to close PMJJY scheme in sbi

Recently in feb/jan
228 debited from my account without my permission.
After two day i contacted to Branch
I have gave application to close scheme ahe refund my money.

But it didn't work scheme is not closed what to do next?

I want to close the scheme

There are 2 ways to cancel this
1) Visit the branch and ask them to stop the auto debit into this scheme. You will have to submit a written application
2) Alternatively, keep your Bank Account empty - Auto Debit will not go through because of low balance, and scheme will automatically get cancelled

I have submitted the application with aadhaar xerox .
The bank person told within 5 days you will get refund.
But didn't got refund and application for closure is not worked

Have you tried following up with them? There's a high chance your application hasn't moved forward because of their laziness

Yes I have visited they told wait some more time
