You'll find links to both AU site and IXIGO site, that card is being offered as Life time free now.

*Personally not a fan of AU, bank brutal devaluations happen in AU credit cards and it has one of the worst costumer support.

No. AU has strict policy of one card per customer. It doesn't make sense but it is what it is. You could have any of your family member take the card and you can use it.
