How to port another new health insurance from existing health insurance

I have Navi health insurance with 5L base cover and with 25L claim bonus which covers both of us. With Navi has already been 3 years. Did not yet claim anything.
Can I port to another health insurance like ex: hdfc ergo
If YES, then what's the process and waiting period and premium ?

u can apply around 30 days before renewal date
Premium will vary by insurer
NCB is not considered in porting.. U will have to apply for higher base cover
Apply direct on website or via agent / co employee or use websites like ditto, beshak etc

I would say first contact Navi then HDFC to understand T&C , HDFC will help you lot then Navi to smoother transition
