I opened an account with Mstock and when I opened the app for the first time it felt not so user friendly. I went to the customer care and asked them to close my account the next day. They gave me instructions and I followed it and submitted the request for closure. Then I checked it after two days the request for gone. I had put another one. And that also disappeared. Did it 4 times then finally contacted the customer service. They said we have applied a quarterly amount for using the app on your account now. You have to pay that before closing. What to do?
