How to setup AutoPay in Kotak Mahindra account?

I am starting to invest in mutual fund from Kuvera,
When I try to start a SIP,getting an error,
Your bank does not support online mandate registration.Please addd another bank to set up a mandate.

I am using Kotak Mahindra account

I think you are using a small digital account opened online and not on the branch which may not provide all full fledged services like UPI mandate or autopay mandate
You can use another full fledged account for sip in kuvera
