How to upgrade Freedom to Millennia/Regalia LTF ?

Hi

I have HDFC Freedom Credit Card LTF since dec '24 with limit of 5 L.

I am looking to get it upgraded to Millennia or preferably Regalia Gold LTF.

I have Salary Account with HDFC since Jan '24 with Preferred tier.
TRV of 12-13 L.

Net Salary : 2.22 L
CIBIL : 778

Can someone help me with this ?

Any C2C basis route ?

Email HDFC CC for upgrade with the details that your have salary account wuth them etc. Escalate the matter above if they don't agree

When they reply to email they mention in bottom, if you are not satisfied with the reply you may approch Grievance Yeam and give their email, u have to mention the same subject (ID etc) to Grievance Team

Best ways is to ensure you use your current card actively and keep it running. After a few months you can put an email to HDFC Bank requesting for the same. Better option would also be to reach out to RM (If you have HDFC Banking environment) this is a more better and faster way to get it upgraded
