HP GAS REFILL ANONYMOUS BOOKING, DELIVERY SMS

Hi,

I received an anonymous cylinder booking refill SMS today though I didn't even booked for refill.

How this is possible without my consent.

Please let me know.

Check your call log, and see if you pocket dialed the booking number.

I'm assuming you are an HPGas customer.

First call and cancel the booking, if possible.

Then contact local agency. See if they can help.

Finally contact HP. Report the issue to them.

Ask how the booking went through & did it come from your registered mobile number.
Also ask if other numbers are registered to your account.
