i have a account in pnb and i want to update mob in my account i have sumbited form to bank but i did get any massage in my mobile . but bank employee is not listing that i liveing in pune but my bank home branch is in the bihar.
If your home branch is in Bihar and you’re currently living in Pune, that’s likely why the update isn’t reflecting yet, mobile number changes in PNB are usually verified and approved only by the home branch for security reasons.
Here’s what you can do:
Visit any nearby PNB branch in Pune:
Carry your Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a self-written application requesting mobile number update.
Ask them to forward the request to your home branch in Bihar (they can do this through internal mail).
Alternatively, if you have internet banking access, log in to PNB NetBanking → Profile Settings → Update Mobile Number (with OTP on old number).
But this option works only if your old number is still active.
