What are the limits on those cards?
From when are you having them?

- Did ICICI give any reason for rejection?

Hey there! It seems like you’re having a bit of a tough time with your ICICI Bank credit card applications. Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Let’s see if we can figure this out together, shall we?
First off, it looks like there could be a few reasons why your applications might be getting the thumbs down:
  1. Credit score blues: If your credit score is below 650, that could be a big red flag for ICICI Bank. Things like going over your credit limits, applying for credit left and right, or recent payment defaults can all drag your score down.
  2. Job and income stability: ICICI Bank has its own rules about things like your salary, who you work for, and how long you’ve been there. If you don’t tick all their boxes, that could be another reason for the rejection.
  3. No ICICI Bank account: Believe it or not, not having a savings account with ICICI Bank could also be a stumbling block.
So, what can you do about it? Here are a few suggestions:
  • Credit score check-up: Take a look at your credit score. If it’s low, start taking steps to improve it. Try to avoid applying for too much credit and make sure you stay within your credit limits.
  • Job and income details: Make sure your job and income details meet ICICI Bank’s criteria. Don’t forget to provide all the necessary paperwork, like your salary slips and Form 16.
  • Open an ICICI Bank account: Consider opening a savings account with ICICI Bank. It might just give your credit card application the boost it needs.
And remember, you can always reach out to ICICI Bank’s customer care to ask why your credit card applications were rejected. According to RBI guidelines, they have to tell you the specific reason.
By tackling these potential issues and keeping the lines of communication open with the bank, you’ll stand a better chance of getting your ICICI Bank credit card application approved in the future. Good luck! You’ve got this! 👍
