Impact of Late Credit Card Payment on Credit Score

Will my credit score be affected if the payment is made one day after the due date through bill desk but reflects in the credit card account three days later?

Yes it will effect, but after sometime recover automatically.

I you pay your credit card bill within 3 days after due date it doesn't effect your credit score as per rbi guidelines.
