This is what you could receive from them! to attach the following.

"1. Salaried - Attested copy of the latest payslip which is not beyond 45 days old and copy of visiting card or Office Id card.

2. Self Employed - Attested copy of the latest ITR (Income Tax Return) and copy of the Pan card along with computation of income (this is a part of the income tax return form which lists out the individual breakup of the total income i.e Income from House Property, Income from business etc.)

All income / supporting documents, as mentioned above will need to be self-attested (duly signed by you) on the document along with a signed letter. We request you to forward these documents via return email."

Then they would consider LE if they think you are eligible after reviewing the documents you send them.

Limit will not increase until or unless you are not special for bank.
By purchasing limit will increase automatically.

In my case it increased automatically time to time from 2 lac to 15 lac. Just regularly monitor for limit increase offers in your account.

Hey there! So, you're looking to bump up the credit limit on your HDFC Millenia card, right? No problem, I've got your back! Here are a few steps you can follow :
  1. First off, try reaching out directly to HDFC Bank through their app or website. Find your Millenia card in the "Cards" section and look for the "Request Credit Limit Increase" option. Fingers crossed, this should do the trick!
  2. While you're at it, give the bank any additional info they might need about your finances, like a recent pay raise or consolidated accounts. The more they know, the better your chances are!
  3. See if you qualify for an automatic credit limit increase. Banks often offer this to folks who've been paying their bills on time and have a solid track record. Doesn't hurt to check!
  4. Make sure you're using your Millenia card regularly and staying below 40% of the limit. It shows you're responsible with your spending, and that goes a long way!
  5. If you don't hear back from the bank, don't sweat it! Reach out to them directly through customer service or pay a visit to a branch. Just be polite and ask about your request. Remember, a little kindness can go a long way!
So, there you have it! Just be proactive, provide any info the bank needs, and keep up those good credit habits. With any luck, you'll be rocking a higher credit limit on your Millenia card in no time!
