I am getting this account as a zero balance account. It is being given on the basis of my existing credit card.And there is no fee for such debit card also. These are normal charges for using such services which every bank has.

Ok That's good. In that case, you can utilize this opportunity of getting the Premium Account at Zero Cost offer from the Bank.
In my case, earlier I tried to open a Zero Balance account in IndusInd Bank, where I found about the Debit Card charges (& no Option of virtual Debit card like Kotak). So, I changed my mind.
