Insurance payment thru tata neu infinity

Yesterday I made a payment of 30450 rs for my niva bupa plan thru tata pe app by tata neu infinity, but still in neu coins, there is no addition,
Can anyone tell 5% benefits neu coins will be shown directly in bill statement or here also in neu coins section.?

If you had made the payment using your card by entering the OTP instead of paying via CC UPI, you will get the neu coins in your statement.
You will get it in the form of 3.5%(Tata_Payment) + 1.5%(Utility) [See attached ss for reference].

The neu coins will be credited in 5-7 days after your statement is generated.

Plz tell One more thing to be more clearance..
Does these neucoins only reflect in bill statement not in tata neu app coins where we can see daily upi entries coins ?

The neucoins will first appear in your statement then will be credited to your tata neu account in around 5 days.

Once credited you will be able to see them along with UPI entires coins

All coins are awarded in the Tata Neu app.
The coins which are awarded to you for UPI transactions (1%) will be awarded directly in the app as soon as the payment is done while 0.5% will be awarded after the statement is generated.
Also the payments made in Tata Neu app via the Infinity card, like for bills, recharges, insurance payments along with the card swipe (online/offline) will first appear in statement and transferred to App in around 5 days.

if you see I did payment by entering card details I got only 1.5% cashback why not 5% I can't understand and I have atat neu infinity card can anyone explain is really this card payment 5% on insurance payment is yes how

I can't close because it is free for 1st year also lots of benifits on milestone once got reward of milestone I will also close card if and only if no 5% on insurance payment
