Internal Error while applying for BOB Scapia card. Has anyone seen the issue before?

Hi, I tried to apply for BOB Scapia card but as soon as I logged into the app, it showed "There was an internal error," and it is not letting me either move forward or restart card application. Could anyone please help how to solve this issue?

Also, what other options are available that offer benefits like scapia?
 
Yes, this is a fairly common issue with the BOB app. The “internal error” usually happens due to a backend glitch or an incomplete/old application stuck in their system.

You can try logging out and checking again after 24 hours, or reinstall the app and attempt from a different network/device. If it still doesn’t move forward, the only real fix is to raise a request with BOB customer care or visit a branch, they can reset or delete the stuck application from their end.

As for alternatives similar to Scapia, you can look at cards like Axis Atlas, HDFC Regalia, or SBI Cashback depending on what benefits you’re mainly looking for (travel vs cashback). None are exactly the same, but they cover similar use cases.
