Greetings,
I want to know about Invit Investment. Is it a better idea for wealth creation in the long term? Which one is the best option, infrastructure, telecom, powergrid or highway?

InvITs are good mainly for stable income, not aggressive wealth creation. Think of them as a mix of debt + equity.

Among the options, power grid InvITs are generally the safest due to regulated, long-term contracts. Highway InvITs offer slightly higher yields but come with traffic and policy risks. Telecom InvITs have more growth potential but also higher risk and tenant concentration.

Best choice depends on your goal, income stability vs higher yield. For long-term wealth creation, InvITs work better as a portfolio diversifier, not the core investment.
