Is it possible to get these Credit Cards without a hard inquiry?

I have my eye on the following Credit Cards:

1. SBI Cashback Credit Card
2. HDFC Millennia Credit Card (to start a relationship with the bank so I can get a HDFC Infinia in the future)
3. Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card

Although my CIBIL score is decent (755 right now), I would prefer to get these cards without any hard inquiries.

So my question is: Are there any sure-shot strategies (long term or short term) to get all these credit cards pre-approved so there are not too many (preferably none) hard inquiries into my CIBIL or Experian?

I currently just have a bank account in SBI, none in those other banks.

PS: I've been reading around the forum quite a lot recently and I think I've read somewhere that even if you are being offered a pre-approved credit card, it will still result in a hard inquiry into your CIBIL or Experian. So maybe I'm just out of luck on this one but I just hope there is a way like CIBIL Marketplace (which no longer exists unfortunately).

Since you already have a Healthy Credit Score of 750+Then consider below mentioned steps for specific CCs based on my personal experiences:-
  • SBI Cashback Credit Card
Reason for Rejection: Proof of Income Source (ITR/Salary Slip/Salary Account) in most cases

  • HDFC Millennia Credit Card
Tried &Tested multiple times
  1. Open Savings A/C with MAB of ₹25000 and do regular transaction
  2. Apply after 3-9 months or Wait for Pre-approved offers
  3. Once CC get approved, Convert the Savings A/C into Regular Savings A/C with MAB of ₹5000 and after months Convert it into Farmer's Savings A/C with MAB of ₹2500
  • Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card
Tried only in my Friend's case, not sure if it will work or not but worth considering
  1. Open any Savings/Salary A/C
  2. Maintain Daily Average Balance of ₹30000
  3. Do Transactions as much as possible of considerate amount
  4. Within six months you will receive Pre-approved offer & if not try applying from your side.
Note: If a Bank is offering you a Credit Product for the first time then Hard Enquiries are Inevitable even if it's a Pre-approved one.

All cards will have a hard enquiry on your credit report. Most of them use CIBIL, some use the other 3 (Experian, equifax , crif)
