Is Rupay Card Is Not Eligible for Emi ?

I am Using My Axis Bank Neo rupay card for Buying something from Flipkart But In Emi Section Rupay card Is Not Eligible why ?

It ideally shouldn't be the case, have you tried any other card on same product? sometimes bank tie ups are not broad. Or try some other Rupay card on that product or maybe send the product link here, I have 3 cards which i can try

Hi, ideally purchases over Rs. 5000 qualify for EMI. if you want you can still convert your purchase into EMI. Ideally you can convert any purchase into EMI within 15 days of Statement Date. You just need to get in touch with Customer Care, they wil lhappy do it for you.

But before converting please understand the charges for such conversions
1) Interest Rate of 1-2% per month
2) Processing Fees of 1.5% or Rs. 250 (whichever is higher).
3) Pre Payment charges of 3% or Rs. 300 (whichever is higher).
