Is there any way to earn Reward points on paying AMEX Credit card Bills?

Earlier I used to pay Amex bills using HDFC Bill pay and I was getting 1% as reward points on HDFC platinum debit card.
But now HDFC has discontinued the 1%rewards on credit card bill payments and even removed AMEX from their list so we can no longer pay AMEX bills from there.
None of the apps like Jio Finance , SBI Uni Pay or Airtel thanks have the option of paying AMEX credit card bills.

Any suggestions from anyone on how to pay AMEX bills to get rewards?
