Issue with SC smart credit card

Anyone facing issue with SC smart credit card cashback. I didn't receive cashback since September 2024 statement. I emailed the issue to customer care however no response received from them. Let me know how to resolve this issue. I even emailed head of customer services still no response received.

Recently I closed this card due to worst services of standard chartered. Customer care support is also not worth servicing even if you write emails they will give you auto generated answer of reverting back within 2-4 working and won't resolve your issue.
If you call them you have to wait so long and they will also guide you with same answer our team will call you back within 24-48 hours.
Note:- Be careful if you are paying your SC card bills. Cause cred these days not supporting SC bill payments. You have to use SC website portal which will direct you to billdesk and you have to enter details. SC card no. and account is also so much confusing as well.
