- Problem: My account has been marked as dormant, and I cannot withdraw the funds.
What I’ve Tried So Far:
- Contacted Jupiter Support, and they advised me to visit the nearest Federal Bank branch to complete my KYC.
- Visited the Federal Bank branch, but they informed me that they cannot assist since it is a digital account and asked me to contact Jupiter.
- Contacted Federal Bank’s customer care, but they also redirected me to Jupiter.
Request:
- Has anyone faced a similar issue with Jupiter or other neobanks?
- Can someone guide me on the proper steps to reactivate a dormant digital account or escalate this issue effectively?
