Jupiter/Fi AMC charges

Jupiter and Fi accounts have started sending mailers asking to keep an average monthly balance of 5000 and further stated that failure to keep the required average monthly balance will attract penalty of 200 + GST which comes to 236. Reading this, one would think to close their accounts. Here also, they have played smart and if one needs to close their accounts they have to pay 299 + GST which comes to 354 which no bank charges if your account is old for more than a year. In my opinion this is a bad update as they were promised zero balance account which no bank charges if your account is old for more than a year. Frankly I have been using them since they were launched. If you go to fi website it still shows zero balance account but if you see the federal bank charges document it clearly states the revised charges and as both Jupiter and Fi's banking partner is Federal bank I would take the Federal's document as the better proof. Please amplify and talk about it. Thank you.
