I can't able to upgrade my existing Kotak 811 savings account to a super account.

I have checked in my Kotak 811 app, and when I am trying to upgrade, it's showing me an error: Cannot upgrade currently. I also called the Kotak helpline, and they are saying currently the upgrade is not for everyone.

I opened this account in January 2022, and I only use it for small UPI transactions, maintaining a monthly balance of roughly ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.

I hope you are trying in their new app kotak 811, this has a different logo showing 811 and the infinity sign.
