Kotak Banned from Onboarding New Customer and Issuing new Credit Cards

Apparently RBI found big issues in the Kotak's IT systems. And as per RBI, Kotak Bank did not manage or upgrade their softwares, access updates, and the security for their IT systems was also outdated. RBI has been flagging off this issue to Kotak Bank for 2 years now, but the Bank did not heed to these warnings..
